It's unfortunately not an uncommon question and it's not your fault. The stories and labels we've been given have been stuck in our memory bank and confused us by making us believe THAT is who we are. As the great Les Brown said, "Someone's opinion of you does not have to become your reality." Those are words to live by with all of the negativity and bullshit we have flying into our ears on a daily basis, know what (and who) to reject and start building WHO YOU ARE!
